Overview

Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), a progressive IT company, is seeking motivated IT professionals to help us form a talented team in support of the Defense Centers of Excellence (DCoE) for Psychological Health (PH) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) IT Support Services Program in Silver Spring, MD.

 

This particular position is Web Designer, a Key Position. The successful candidate will lead all Web Design efforts on our DCoE PH/TBI Program upon contract award. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Leads all efforts related to Web Services development for all DCoE Internet, Intranet, and Extranet servers and applications

  • Ensures compliance of all Web Services with current Army and Defense Health Agency (DHA)/Defense Centers of Excellence (DCoe) guidance
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for Web-related customer support services
  • Develops and maintains the DCoE websites and sub-sites for various DCoE Program Offices using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools
  • Designs and develops user interface features
  • Designs websites to support the organization's strategies and goals relative to external communications
  • Develops and maintains written procedures for the design, test, and implementation of web projects

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from a 4-year college in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, math, computer science, or systems engineering
  • 5+ years of hands-on IT systems experience
  • Proficiency in multiple languages and technologies, including ASP.net, J2EE, Coldfusion, C++, XML, HTML, Java, JavaScript, SWIFT, and Objective C
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level I certified; Security+ or CAP or GSLC
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server, IIS Web Server, and Weblogic technologies

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in Oracle and SQL databases
  • Development experience in multi-host environments, including Microsoft Windows and Mobile Computing
  • Ability to achieve Section 508 compliance

Desired Experience in:

  • Medical IT experience, in general, and DCoE IT experience, in particular
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex Web design and implementation issues
