The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) is procuring contract support for the "Intelligence Solutions, Data, and Enterprise Planning (ISDEP) project, an acquisition to obtain information technology (IT) services for planning and monitoring investments across the DHS Intelligence Enterprise (IE). EIS is assembling a senior management team to support the DHS I&A in developing, integrating, operating, and maintaining DHS Intelligence IE applications and data sets on the Intelligence Community (IC) clouds, C-LAN, the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), HSDN, A-LAN, and other networks, as needed, using Agile software development and DevOpsSecPo methodologies. EIS is a leading DHS and IC contractor and is responding to this procurement by the DHS. The Project Manager will be the senior management authority on the prospective contract.


  • The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the overall management and operational functions specified in this project
  • Will be the contractor's authorized interface with the Government CO and COR for the TO Responsible for overall TO performance
  • The PM will be available during normal hours of operation; during periods of no-notice emergencies, including localized acts of nature, accidents, and military or terrorist attacks; and during surge activities
  • The PM will report to the EIS SVP for Homeland Security


  • Active TS/SCI clearance which requires US Citizenship
  • Certification in Project Management from a recognized credentialing agency (e.g., Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
  • Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in planning, directing, and controlling the overall management and operational functions specified in Cloud Computing for DHS, DoD or the Intelligence Community,
  • 5 years expereince in a project management position supervising the activities of 50 or more personnel with responsibility for personnel, technical, schedule and financial performance 
  • Demonstrated experience successfully integrating complex, multidisciplinary IT programs and project teams
  • Experience in organizing, directing, and managing multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks
  • Experience in effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization
  • Experience in effectively communicating with leadership of other contractors
  • Experience in meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute in accordance with approved plan
