Our Help Desk is the recipient of four “Help Desk of the Year” designations encompassing all local, state and national Government agencies with top honors for ‘Teamwork Excellence and Overall Excellence”.

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking candidates with extensive experience in Defense Travel Systems (DTS) or Navy pay and personnel systems (NSIPS). This is awarded work and an immediate opportunity.Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) prospective candidates must have knowledge of the Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System. It is the Navy's single, field-entry, electronic pay and personnel system for all USN/USNR Sailors. This web-enabled, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system offers Sailors 24-hour access to their Electronic Service Record (ESR), training data, and career counseling records. 
  • Have knowledge of the Career Information Management System (CIMS). It automates Command Career Counselors office procedures and provides the ability to create and maintain Sailor Career Counselor Records, prepare for and document Sailor Career Development Boards (CDBs), view the Electronic Service Record (ESR), track status of transactions such as Selective Reenlistment Bonus request or commissioning program applications, obtain reports, and generate forms and certificates. 
  • Military background, specifically Navy required, (Navy Reserves a plus.) 

Qualifications

Education:           High School diploma or GED. 

Experience:         Minimum 2+ yrs experience

Clearance Level: US Citizen with active secret clearance required
