  • Overview

    This contract supports the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), in its execution of the Navy Intelligence Agency Program – the NAVINTEL Enterprise Program (NEAP). This work shall be performed at the National Maritime Intelligence Center (NMIC) in Suitland, Maryland.


    • Integrate information systems and data sources (Audit data/logs).
    • Generate system health and performance reports, and briefing other team members and/or management on findings with recommendations for resolution.
    • Perform system/software integration, testing (functional and security), and maintenance of capabilities utilizing scripting and coding languages (i.e. XML, VisualBasic.Net, etc.)


    • Assist in the development of technical system installation and administration documentation as well as operator manuals.
    • Familiarity of ICD 503 (Risk Management Framework) processes and artifacts.
    • Mastery of Information Assurance Technical (IAT) and/or Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level III and Computer Environment knowledge and skills with applicable certification.
    • Assist in the development of architecture diagrams utilizing diagramming software such as Microsoft Visio.


    • Active TS/SCI Clearance
    • At least five years of experience in one or more of the following areas: system installation, testing, integration, implementation, operations and maintenance.
    • At least five years’ experience in the configuration, testing (functional and security) installation, maintenance and upgrading of Red Hat Linux Operating Systems (OS)
    • At least two years of SME experience in the design, installation, configuration, testing (functional and security) and administration of Splunk system and components.
