Manages all activities for the U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) Services Program headquartered at Fort Belvoir, VA. Leads a team of approximately 16 technical professionals spanning all facets of enterprise-level IT Services, including COTS/GOTS hardware and software, network, database, application, and information security support.  




  • Supervises a team of technical staff members located at Fort Belvoir, VA, Fort Meade, MD, and Fort Gordon, GA consisting of systems engineers and integrators; software engineers; web software, database, Sharepoint, and application developers; testers; quality assurance specialists; systems and database administrators; requirements managers; configuration and asset management specialists; VTC technicians; help desk technicians; and information assurance engineers.    
  • Serves as the Task Order Lead and performs the following duties in this capacity:
    • Directly manages the contractor staff and provides task assignments to the team and coordinates program review meetings   
    • Provides status updates to the Government staff on a daily basis
    • Manages a master project schedule
    • Provides monthly accounting of the work order expenditures
    • Reviews and approves all contract deliverables and work products
    • Directs the delivery of technical services and ensures timeliness and quality of all services and work products
    • Ensures that all teams are staffed adequately and appropriately with qualified personnel
    • Identifies, prioritizes, and mitigates all program risks
    • Performs technical scope assessments and resource estimates
    • Continually improves program and process efficiencies and effectiveness
    • Provides a Monthly Status Report  
    • Implements a robust Quality Assurance program
    • Develops a Task Order Management Plan


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from a 4-year college in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, math, computer science, or systems engineering
  • 10+ years of hands-on IT experience
  • Proficiency in managing small teams in a dynamic, challenging, and geographically dispersed environment
  • PMP-certified

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • ITILv3 certified
  • Proven C4IM experience
  • Solid track record of managing IT systems and programs across the entire IT System Life Cycle in both unclassified and classified network environments 
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage performance-based contracts

Desired Experience in:

  • ARCYBER IT systems
  • DoD Cybersecurity
  • Background in Systems Engineering and IT Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance

Required Clearance: Top Secret/SCI
