    EIS is seeking a Senior Security Engineer IA Analyst to support for the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). This position is located at the NMIC in Washington, D.C. (Metro accessible).


    The Senior Security Engineer IA Analyst  will support the establishment and management of high performing teams, including utilizing industry, DoD, and IC standards.  Provide exemplary results-oriented interpersonal and team building skills.  Provide expertise in identifying and classifying attack vectors, malware (detection and analysis) rule writing and countermeasure development. Exemplary results-oriented interpersonal and team building skills. Provide expertise in the design, development, integration, securing operations and maintenance of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) architectures and technologies.


    Education and Experience:

    • Graduate Degree from accredited University in IT,
    • IA or related field, military training per SECNAV M-5239.2, or certifications ,
    • 7+ years of experience with 5-7 Years in concentrated CND discipline.
    • C&A experience with DIACAP, RMF, ICD-503, and/or NIST Framework;
    • 3 Years of Project Management experience.
    • Be experienced with the Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Information Security Agency (DISA), Navy Network Warfare Commend (NNWC), DoDIIS, and IC tools, systems, reporting mechanisms and requirements for C&A.
    • Expert knowledge of policies and processes related to Computer Network Defense (CND) implementation, execution and management, as well as information assurance, e.g., accreditation, security testing and evaluation. Knowledge of the DoD, IC, and national level system security initiatives and secure Information/Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies.
    • Knowledge and experience in eMass and Xacta Accreditation processes and programs.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills.



    • Must possess one of the following industry certifications: CISSP or CISM or GSLC or CASP.


    • Active TS/SCI required

    Preference Qualification:

    • Experience as a Senior IASE/ISSE.
