  • Overview

    The position will provide user administration, software maintenance and patching, configuration and management process support to ensure the OSC Data Center operations are continuously available and meet all Government directed and best practice efficiency objectives.


    • Areas of Responsibility: Apply expertise in the areas of Data Center IT and physical security systems, recommending and applying best practices of current data center security technologies.
    • User Administration: Provide User Administration including adding, removing, and granting of permissions of user roles as authorized by the Government.
    • Software Maintenance and Patching: Provide Software Maintenance and Patching of all DCIM software products, including but not limited to Trellis, SiteScan, DSView, Tileflow, and Rack Power Manager.
    • Software Configuration: Provide Software Configuration of all DCIM software products, including but not limited to Trellis, SiteScan, DSView, and Tileflow.
    • Process Engine Support: The Contractor will design and implement process workflows for data center processes such as device installs, moves and de-installs.


    • 7 or more years of experience directly relevant to areas of responsibilities described for the position.
    • Demonstrated ability to independently plan, organize, execute task completion, including supervising less experienced personnel.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Business or related area (two years of additional, directly relevant experience/relevant industry certifications may be substituted for the degree.)
    • Network or Systems Administration Certification a plus.
    • DoDi 8570 IA Certification (CompTIA Security+) required. 
    • Secret Clearance required.
    • Must be able to pass DHS - USCG Background Investigation and Suitability Determination.
