    Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), recognized as a strong mid-tier IT Services provider in the Federal marketplace, is seeking an IT Maintenance Specialist to work at the U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) Headquarters facility located on Fort Belvoir, VA. The successful candidate will provide IT maintenance support for the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) Services Program as a member of a cross-functional team.


    • Provides IT installation, troubleshooting and maintenance support for hardware, tools, systems, and networks in both classified and unclassified environments
    • Monitors status and performance of software applications
    • Provides Service Desk support by resolving end-user trouble tickets within performance standards
    • Supports Information Assurance compliance and system/network Authority-to-Operate activities 
    • Supports system testing activities


     Required Qualifications: 

    • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance required
    • Bachelors degree from a 4-year college in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, math, computer science, or systems engineering or 3+ years of experience (experience can substitute for education)
    • IAT Level II certified with one of the following; GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security 

     Desired Qualifications: 

    • Windows, Unix, and Linux Systems Administration experience and/or certifications
    • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting network, server, client, and peripheral hardware and supporting hardware repair, installation, and testing activities
    • Excellent team player and communications skills with experience working at customer locations
    • Proven ability to provide customer satisfaction
