    Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), recognized as a strong mid-tier IT Services provider in the Federal marketplace, is seeking a Database Administrator to work at the U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) Headquarters facility located on Fort Belvoir, VA. The successful candidate will provide database administration support for the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) Services Program as a member of a cross-functional team.


    • Serves as a key member of a database development team supporting a central enterprise-wide implementation of Oracle 10/11g databases

    • Configures databases to support software development, build, and test activities

    • Supports Information Assurance compliance and system/network Authority-to-Operate activities within the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF)
    • Maintains the Oracle Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and submits ad hoc reports
    • Develops database schema and queries
    • Performs database partitioning, indexing, performance tuning, and backups
    • Develops backend database applications 


     Required Qualifications: 

    • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
    • Bachelors degree from a 4-year college in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, math, computer science, or systems engineering or 7+ years of experience (experience can substitute for education)
    • IAT Level II certified with one of the following; GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security
    • CND-IS certified with one of the following: CEH, CSA+, GICSP, or SSCP
    • Proficient with Oracle 10/11g database development and administration and PL/SQL programming

     Desired Qualifications: 

    • Working knowledge of Windows, Unix, and Linux host platforms
    • Oracle Certified Associate
    • Experience with Sybase databases
    • Excellent team player and communications skills with experience working at customer locations
    • Proven ability to provide customer satisfaction
