    Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), recognized as a strong mid-tier IT services provider in the Federal marketplace, is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer contingent upon task order award to serve on a cross-functional team on the Army Military Intelligence (MI) Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise (ICITE) Cloud Support program in support of the Army National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) located in Charlottesville, VA. 


    The Senior Systems Engineer is focused on the delivery of stable cloud services across the Army Military Intelligence (MI) Commercial Cloud Services (C2S) network deployments. The Senior Systems Engineer must have demonstrated experience managing large-scale services in an automated and distributed manner. Primary duties include:

    • Provide systems engineering, systems architecture, and security engineering and analysis support to cloud transition and modernization efforts
    • Ensure stable cloud services across the Army MI C2S network deployments
    • Assess system baseline changes both pre-cloud migration and post-cloud migration, identify all associated risks, and develop risk mitigation plans to prevent system interoperability, availability, performance, and security issues 
    • Support cloud requirements definition, testing, and systems monitoring activities 


    • BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
    • MS Degree in Computer Science or 10 years’ experience in Information Assurance and Cyber Security related fields.
    • Comp TIA Security+ CE required
    • Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance G/HCS
    • U.S. Citizen
    • 10 years of experience designing and implementing information management systems
    • Five years within the past 10 years experience with IC, DOD, or Army assessment and authorization practices and processes under ICD 503 Risk Management Framework (RMF) and implementing NIST 800-53 security controls for U.S. Government networks and applications
    • Three years within the past five years of demonstrated experience conducting security evaluations for systems and applications; publishing RMF Body of Evidence(s) (BOE), supporting security control assessment validation activities, and successfully achieving Authority to Operate (ATO) for referenced U.S. government systems
    • One year within the past three years of experience creating and implementing a Continuous Monitoring plan IAW NIST 800-53
    • One year within the past three years of experience designing and implementing security solutions in a multi-tenant Windows and Linux environment on commercial cloud service providers (Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure).
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools
    • Knowledge of the ICITE environment and cloud migration initiative
