    Responsibilities

    The role of this position is to support the Sr. Vice President of Contracts. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and expert in Excel with unfailing accuracy. Candidate should possess a dynamic personality as this position interacts with business teams across the organization. Candidate should have a general knowledge of business concepts and workflows.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree  in math, finance, economics or accounting preferred but will consider AA or some years of college and experience in this field.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office with emphasis on well-developed MS Excel and MS Word skills.
    • Must have strong math aptitude (Basically a Math Guru/Numbers Cruncher.)
    • Proficient in creating, modifying, validating data and formulas on large, complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
    • Possess communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to organize, prioritize and research multiple projects under tight deadlines required
    • Ability to multi-task between changing requirements and priorities
    • Requires a motivated self-starter who pays attention to details while functioning in a time-sensitive environment
    • “Quick Learner”, in order to utilize processes and tools that result in compliant/quality pricing proposal
    • High level of ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision
    • Must be able to pass a government level background check
