    Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), recognized as a strong mid-tier IT Services provider in the Federal marketplace, is seeking an Information Systems Analyst to work at DISA's Headquarters at Fort Meade, MD. The successful candidate will provide change and configuration management support, web maintenance, and knowledge management support.


    • Leads Knowledge Management and Web Maintenance activities
    • Supports the development and maintenance of Agency and subordinate divisional presence in multiple online forums, which include but are not limited to: the World Wide Web, DISA Workspaces, Microsoft SharePoint 2010, and other electronic repositories.
    • Performs business analysis to develop and implement standard methodologies and automated processes and to facilitate requirements for managing and monitoring activities surrounding identified core business operations.
    • Maintains stakeholder distribution lists for appropriate change management organizations and bodies; reviews and posts information; creates draft documents; creates Knowledge Management (KM) folders for documents and draft meeting minutes; tracks, reviews and posts requests for additional information and action items; drafts meeting minutes; records attendance, and supports Request for Change (RFC) disposition.  
    • Supports Configuration Management (CM) efforts
    • Supports the Government’s process to control design changes associated with designated systems, architectures and programs
    • Provides CM Information Management Support for the full Enterprise Voice System and maintains end-to-end configuration management for the program
    • Maintains the Configuration Management Plan (CMP)


    Required Qualifications: 

    • Active DoD Secret Clearance
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT Management, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience providing IT Support for federal government customers
    • Proficient in supporting and administering knowledge management IT infrastructure
    • IAT/IAM Level I certified (A+, Network+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security)
