    EIS currently has job opportunities supporting the 33rd Network Warfare Squadron (NWS) Computer Response Team at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, TX. The 33rd NWS is the US Air Force’s principal (and sole) Network Defense element within the Air Force Network Operations Center.  Working as an active part of this unit means monitoring, securing, and protecting Air Force and Central Command global networks, ensuring network integrity, reliability, availability, confidentiality and responding to hostile network threats and attacks.


    Systems Planning efforts shall be performed on-site in the Cyber Planning Flight (CYP) during core hours (M-F 0730-1630).


    The System Planning candidate will:

    • Perform Third Party CSSP Project Management and support of ACD PMO weapons system changes to include the coordination of planning, testing, development, implementation, enhancement, transition, management and operations of new DCO initiatives. The candidate will document the integration of these systems into existing architecture. Microsoft Project or other command authorized Project Management tools will be used to manage all CYP projects.
    • Identify Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) considerations for new systems being added to the ACD.
    • Maintain a weekly update, for squadron use, on the status of program plan milestones and historical records for new initiatives.
    • Hold weekly Configuration Control Boards (CCB) and provide meeting minutes to the COR no later than (NLT) 24 hours after meetings are completed. The contractor shall also provide weekly executive roll-up briefings/reports of current and upcoming Third Party CSSP project management efforts for the 33 NWS, and maintain a quarterly/monthly report of completed projects.
    • Attend technical meetings that involve planning, testing, development, and transition towards the implementation of newer and more advanced versions of AF NETOps tools and architecture. Within five (5) duty days of attending such meetings, the contractor shall provide a trip report and meeting minutes to the COR.
    • Brief the Government on planning actions and the associated mission impacts.


    • Active TS/SCI clearance is required.  (US Citizens Only)
    • High School Degree with 5 years relevant experience
    • Certifications Required: CAPM or PMP or Project+
    • Possible US travel of up to 5%
