  • Overview

    Planning, directing, and coordinating projects and systems engineering efforts in a Cyber environment. The Program Manager will perform day-to-day management and work with the customer and others to develop and mature long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years of the contract. The Program Manager will perform both horizontal and vertical integration planning, and will interface with other functional areas, ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner, provide supervision, training, and direction to staff.


    • Direct daily operations, analyzing workflow amongst project areas and work with the customer in establishing priorities, developing standards, and meeting performance goals
    • Responsible for the successful project execution within cost and schedule, including financial planning and management oversight
    • Establish excellent working relationships with customer and all program partners
    • Support planning, coordinating, integrating, synchronizing, directing, and conducting cyberspace operations and defense of networks
    • Provide technical expertise in support of cyberspace threat response and analysis
    • Manage cyber situational awareness and/or maintain a Cyber Common Operational Picture
    • Identify, develop, track, monitor, and report on metrics associated with executing the incident response lifecycle
    • Provide documentation through the appropriate channels on incidents.
    • Implement mitigation measures in response to general or Advanced Persistent Threats (APT, attempted exploits/attacks, malware delivery, etc.).
    • Ensure delivery of deliverables (MSR, PMP, QCP, Transition, After Action reports, etc.)



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related IT field


    • At least five years of experience managing a large DCO program
    • At least ten years of experience supporting a program in a DOD Computing Environment, Network Environment, and enclave environment.
    • Management experience in an enterprise-level (minimum of 50k users) Computer Network Defense (CND) environment.


    • TS/SCI


    • Possess IAT Level II certification; One of the following certifications required - CCNA Secuirty, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP
    • Active PMI PMP or DAWIA Level III
