  • Overview

    Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), as the Managing Member of RS3JV, LLC, is seeking a highly motivated Documentation Specialist to perform technical editing for our Afghanistan Automated Biometric Identification System (AABIS) and Iraq Automated Biometric Identification System (IABIS) program located in Fairmont, WV.  Join our dynamic and talented AABIS/IABIS team that enjoys a professionally rewarding experience working on state-of-the-art biometrics systems that enhance our national security.  

    Responsibilities

    Serves as the Documentation Specialist and performs the following duties in this capacity:

    • Performs technical editing for formal and informal program documentation
    • Maintains version control and a master document library for all files
    • Supports documentation reviews
    • Coordinates the development and delivery of multiple CDRLs:
      • Milestone Review Packages
      • Technical Data Packages
      • Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR)
      • Monthly Status Report
      • Government Furnished Property Report
      • Integrated Logistics Support Plan
      • Disaster Recovery Plan/Contingency Plan
      • Training Materials

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Arts degree from a 4-year college in English or communications
    • 5+ years of writing and editing experience
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software suite

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • Ability to author technical content

    Desired Experience in:

    • DoD programs

    Required Clearance: Favorable DoD NACI Background Check and US Citizenship
