  • Overview

    Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), as the Managing Member of RS3JV, LLC, is seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Specialist to perform quality control activities for our Afghanistan Automated Biometric Identification System (AABIS) and Iraq Automated Biometric Identification System (IABIS) program located in Fairmont, WV. Join our dynamic and talented AABIS/IABIS team that enjoys a professionally rewarding experience working on state-of-the-art biometrics systems that enhance our national security.  

    Responsibilities

    Serves as the Quality Control (QC) Specialist and performs the following duties in this capacity:

    • Develops a Quality Control Plan governed by EIS' Corporate Quality Assurance (QA)standards and the customer's Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)
    • Conducts planned and unannounced QC Audits/Inspections and reports findings and recommendations to the Program Manager and Corporate QA Officer
    • Implements and integrates CMMI and ISO 9001, 20000, and 27001 standards into the team's development processes
    • Monitors compliance of system development processes to all relevant industry, corporate, and DoD standards 
    • Assists the Program Manager in achieving all contract performance-based requirements

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science degree from a 4-year college in a technical or IT management related field
    • 1-4 years of quality control experience
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software suite

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • ITIL certified

    Desired Experience in:

    • DoD programs 
    • Working in a team environment consisting of multiple disciplines

    Required Clearance: Favorable DoD NACI Background Check and US Citizenship
