    EIS has a rapidly growing presence in the DISA community. Our overall mission is to provide expert services to support Program Management Office (PMO) responsibilities. As a subcontractor to AEJV, EIS provides overall program management expertise for the acquisition, development and operations of IT systems purchased, deployed and operated by DISA. This job is part of AEJV’s overall PMO support for DISA's Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) PMO organization. There are several activities under this task order including large scale/carrier class IT system lifecycle cost management and reporting.


    • Supporting the development of multiple financial line item budgets to include:
      • developing program and project level budgets
      • updating, tracking and projecting existing budget execution
      • identifying budget execution issues and developing recommendation for issue resolution
    • Tracking costs with complex spreadsheets
    • Developing reports and briefs to support/defend budgets
    • Supporting cost estimation for the development and maintenance of large scale/carrier class IT networks
    • Developing annual reports to explain program financial performance
    • Reviewing and commenting on the accuracy and integrity of cost related documents such as cost analysis requirements descriptions (CARD), acquisition program baselines, and other acquisition and cost related documents


    • Expert with MS Excel (v2016 or higher)

    • Understand large scale/carrier class IT network upgrade and maintenance cost estimation

    • Familiarity with DoD’s life cycle cost estimating system - Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT)

    • Knowledge of DoD 5000.02

    Clearance:  DoD Secret required;  DoD Top Secret preferred.  Must be US Citizen.
