  • Overview

    EIS has a rapidly growing presence in the DISA community. Our overall mission is to provide expert services to support Program Management Office (PMO) responsibilities. As a subcontractor to AEJV, EIS provides overall program management expertise for the acquisition, development and operations of IT systems purchased, deployed and operated by DISA. This job is part of AEJV’s overall PMO support for DISA's Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) PMO organization. There are several activities under this task order including the creation and management of MS Project schedules, MS Excel budget tracking workbooks, and IT system lifecycle cost estimates.

    Responsibilities

    • Supporting the development of multiple project schedules to include:
      • developing schedules
      • updating existing schedules
      • merging team schedules into a master schedule
    • Tracking project costs with complex spreadsheets
    • Monitoring a project’s performance and providing recommendations for correcting performance issues
    • Supporting cost estimation for the development and maintenance of large scale/carrier class IT networks
    • Supporting change management of network architecture

    Qualifications

    • Expert with MS Project (v2016 or higher)

    • Expert with MS Excel (v2016 or higher)

    • Understand EVM / Earned Value Management

    • Understand large scale/carrier class IT network upgrade and maintenance cost estimation

    • Understand configuration and change management best practices and processes

    • Knowledge of DoD 5000.02

    Clearance:  DoD Secret required;  DoD Top Secret preferred. US Citizen required
