    Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), as the Managing Member of RS3JV, LLC, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Analyst to provide acquisition and program management support for the PEO IEW&S System or Systems Engineering (SoSE) team located in Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. Join our dynamic and talented Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services team that enjoys a professionally rewarding experience working on complex and challenging engineering solutions that enhance our national security.  


    • Provides DoDI 5000.02-based acquisition program management and analysis support services for the planning and execution of PEO IEW&S programs at different acquisition levels and in all phases of a program life cycle
    • Leads acquisition streamlining initiatives
    • Analyzes performance metrics
    • Tracks program progress and issue resolution
    • Analyzes fund utilization reports to identify program schedule and cost performance variances
    • Coordinates approval of program documentation, such as Acquisition Strategy Reports, Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs), and Acquisition Decision Memorandums (ADMs), for Milestone Decision Reviews (MDRs)
    • Supports Continuous Process Improvement initiatives
    • Provides strategic programmatic integration support for the formulation and execution of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) reviews
    • Supports Knowledge Management initiatives
    • Supports the development of acquisition strategies


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Engineering, Business, or Science from an accredited university
    • Evidence of Master's level study (e.g. course work, training, etc)
    • A minimum of 15 years in acquisition/program management
    • DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management or equivalent
    • Knowledgeable with DoD acquisition policies (e.g., DoD 5000.02, AR 70-1, etc.)
    • Capable of developing and reviewing Acquisition and Procurement Requirement Documents (e.g., Acquisition Plans (AP), Procurement Request Packages, etc.)
    • Skilled in program reporting (e.g., Acquisition Program Baseline via AcqBiz)
    • Experienced at planning and assisting with major system life cycle support tasks and functions for a minimum of 15 years

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • PMP certified
    • Systems Engineering

    Required Clearance: DoD Secret
