  • Overview

    Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), as the Managing Member of RS3JV, LLC, is seeking a highly motivated Communications Planner for our C4 IT program in Afghanistan. 

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and coordinate all USFOR-A J6 directed projects throughout the AOR. This includes, but is not limited to, manage, supervise, and perform communication systems planning and implementation activities in support of the other task orders in this contract. Level of support can be theater-wide or at individual unit level.
    • They will need to review operational plans (OPLANS), FRAGOs, Deployment Orders, and other military tasking documents. 
    • Travel throughout USFOR-A AOR in support of communication projects as requested by USFOR-A J6 or the Commanding Officer.
    • Collect status reports from USFOR-A J6 personnel and consolidate for USFOR-A J6 review.
    • Review all contractor provided Engineering Documents for format and technical accuracy.
    • Provide direction to contract teams on workload activities.
    • Ensure contract teams have necessary tools, equipment and resources to accomplish the mission.
    • Manage implementation of communication systems projects and plans.
    • Coordinate and facilitate communications installations to include frequency authorizations, civil works authorizations, logistical work, and other aspects as required.
    • Ensure communications systems architecture, configuration, and integration conformity by coordinating engineering data with USFOR-A J6 leadership.
    • Consolidate monthly reports of all communication projects as required by the task order.
    • Act as a liaison with the USFOR-A personnel to support CENTCOM operational requirements.
    • Coordinate and process deployed base requirements as required.
    • Gather, collect and archive requirements.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills:

    • Working knowledge and ability to lead Military Decision Making Processes (MDMP).
    • Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing communications projects.

     Clearance: Secret
