Enterprise Information Services (EIS) is currently seeking NTCSS/OOMA [NTCSS, Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity OOMA - Afloat/Ashore Maintenance] personnel with experience in ship maintenance (RMC's, MFOM,OOMA) and the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) NALCOMIS. This position supports the Navy Enterprise Service Desk (NESD) at the NESD Naval Information Warfare Centers-Atlantic, NWIC, (formerly SPAWAR-Atlantic) in Norfolk, VA.

In this position you will work with a team of approximately eight (8) Tier 1 support Service Desk Analysts offering guidance and technical insight support. All Service Desks Analysts should have experience with Navy Electronics (ETs) and Navy Information Systems (ITS).
