Overview

Enterprise Information Services, Inc. (EIS), as the Managing Member of the ITES Solutions, LLC Joint Venture, is seeking a highly motivated Delegated Authorizing Official to support all activities for our potential Command, Control,and Infrastructure Operations (C2IO) program for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) headquartered out of Fort Belvoir, VA. Join our dynamic and talented C2IO Support team that enjoys a professionally rewarding experience working on state-of-the-art local networks and corollary IT infrastructure that supports global intelligence and cybersecurity operations while enhancing our national security.  

Responsibilities

Evaluates the Security Assessment Report (SAR) threats and mission need to determine whether the system’s security posture is and acceptable risk utilizing the Risk Acceptance tool. Prepares Risk Assessment Report (RAR) and the Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&M) and assigns Categorization of findings. Drafts POA&M for residual system vulnerabilities that must be mitigated, coordinates with the System Owners and ISSOs for mitigation actions, and closes findings if justified and violated. Prepares RAR/POAM for government AO/DAO to make Security Authorization Risk Decisions. Reviews Continuous Monitoring relevant change request for evaluation and transfers to government AO/DAO to approve changes to system configuration to mitigate impact to the security posture of the system.

Qualifications

Clearance and Minimum Qualifications  

  • Active DoD TS clearance with eligibility for SCI with Special Background Investigation and be able to attain SI, TK, G, and HCS access
  • Possesses knowledge of the Risk Management process IAW ICD 503, NIST 800-37, NIST 800-53 NIST 800-53a and Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI) 1253.
  • Possesses knowledge of, and has experience with, utilizing the A&A database and the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Possesses a DoD 8570 certification (CAP, CISSP, CISM, GSLC IAM II or IAM III)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or DAWIA Level III Program Management

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in comparable field of study with 4 years’ Experience in a related field; or Master’s Degree in comparable field of study with 2 Years’ Experience in a related field
