EIS is seeking motivated professionals (analysts, scientists, engineers, specialists and technicians) interested in working in small team environments in the areas of analysis, production and dissemination of vital, timely and accurate scientific, technical and intelligence information to key consumers worldwide.


This position supports network administration and engineering related Tier II/III support for local and wide-area classified networks.  Support ranges from simple patching actions to configuring hardware and security solutions to performing network administration functions.  Responsible for OSI Layers 1 through 4, however knowledge of systems/applications working at the higher layers will be imperative to success in this position.


  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant Network Design and Administration experience on classified network operations
  • 1 year experience with Remedy Incident Management Tool
  • Active CCNA and DoDD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+ CE, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Sec) certifications
  • Proficiency with Cisco devices routing protocols, VLANs, and subnetting.
  • Proficiency with EIGRP, BGP, SNMP, ARP, TCP/IP, OSPF, Spanning Tree, dotIQ, VLANs, VPN, GRE, IPSEC, subnetting, NAT, and ACLs
  • Proficiency in data packet and traffic analysis
  • Proficiency in writing technical and guidance documents
  • Proficiency in remediating vulnerability scans
